The Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS® offers a versatile event space available for rent in Killeen. Our facility is ideal for business meetings, training classes, workshops, and community gatherings. The space is also frequently used for quinceañeras, birthday parties, baby showers, graduation celebration, reunions, and wedding receptions.

FHAAR members receive discounted rental rates as a benefit of membership.

Our event room can accommodate up to 104 guests, making it ideal for professional meetings, workshops, parties, and special celebrations.

Your rental includes access to:

  • Ten (10) round 72″ tables
  • Two (2) 8′ rectangular tables
  • Three (3) 6′ rectangular tables
  • 100 chairs
  • Four (4) 55-gallon trash cans
  • Spacious event room
  • Kitchen access
  • Convenient on-site parking

Optional Equipment

The following equipment is available for an additional fee:

  • Projector / Computer
  • Sound system

Weekend Rental

Weekend rentals include access to the facility from:

Friday after 5:00 PM through Monday by 9:00 AM

  • Keys must be picked up on Friday between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
  • Keys must be returned to the Association office by Monday at 9:00 AM

Weeknight Rental (Monday – Thursday)

Weeknight rentals are available Monday through Thursday evenings.

  • Keys must be picked up after 4:00 PM
  • Setup is not permitted until 5:00 PM, when the Association office closes
  • Keys must be returned by 9:00 AM the following morning

Security Deposit & Payment

A security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

The remaining rental balance must be paid at least one week prior to the event.

Failure to pay the remaining balance seven (7) days prior to the event will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The security deposit will be returned after the event once the facility has been inspected and confirmed to be clean and undamaged.

Failure to properly clean the facility will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.


Setup and Cleaning Responsibilities

Renters are responsible for setting up and fully cleaning the facility before returning the keys.

Cleaning responsibilities include:

  • Event room
  • Kitchen
  • Bathrooms
  • Removing all decorations and trash
  • Ensuring the parking lot is free of broken glass and trash

Failure to properly clean the facility will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.


Decorations

Decorations are permitted with the following restrictions:

  • Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed in the building
  • All decorations must be removed at the end of the rental period
  • Nothing may be permanently attached to walls or fixtures
