Kenneth “Scooter” Barclay Honorary Scholarship
FHAAR proudly supports members’ families through the Kenneth “Scooter” Barclay Honorary Scholarship, awarding two $2,000 scholarships each year to graduating high school seniors of active primary FHAAR members. Recipients are selected through a competitive application process that includes a completed application, letter of recommendation, and academic transcript. Each scholarship is distributed in two installments: $1,000 in the Fall and $1,000 in the Spring upon verification of college enrollment and continued FHAAR primary membership. This meaningful benefit reflects FHAAR’s commitment to education, opportunity, and the future success of our members’ families.
